maybe do a word search in Proverbs it has alot of word pictures of wisdom...we are working on the character trait of reliability this summer and the word pictures
(vinegar to the teeth, smoke to the eyes, a toothache, and a lame foot -- all pictures that are used in conjunction with unreliable/unfaithful people has been helful in our discussions)

I have bible on the computer...so it makes word search easy...if you don't give me a holler and I can look it up and send you the references...

hope you have a fun weekend.

You might consider re-enacting the story where the wise man builds his house on the rock, but the fool builds his house on the sand. Then, there's the story of the 3 little pigs. I suppose you include a lesson about using wisdom and not telling lies...tell the story of Aniniahs and Sapphira. : )

wisdom is seeing and thinking about something the same way God does and then acting on those thoughts (or Jesus, if child relates more readily to that person of the Trinity.)

i always include the acting part because what good is wisdom if it doesn't change our behavior???
